This 3 hour course explores conflict management in the workplace. Conflict is inevitable. However, you can learn the skills to manage conflict and build better relationships. This course aims to provide community staff with tools and strategies to manage conflict in the workplace.
Topics covered:
- Describe issues and behaviours that contribute to workplace conflict
- Describe the positive and negative consequences of conflict
- Appreciate the role that your emotions play in conflicts
- Apply strategies and tools to prevent conflict and manage emotions
- Develop skills to support yourself in the moment when mistreatment occurs
This purchase includes:
- Access to virtual facilitator-led From Conflict to Partnership training for up to 200 staff (select the number of staff requiring training below)
- Set up custom training dates and times just for your staff
Training sessions are typically scheduled Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We are able to offer training in the evenings and on weekends based on educator availability.
