Topics covered:
- PHIPA (Personal Health Information Protection Act).
- Understanding the legal and ethical responsibilities related to handling and protecting personal health information.
- Techniques for creating clear and concise healthcare documentation while maintaining a client-centered approach.
- Best practices for gathering relevant information and presenting it in a manner that is easily understood by diverse audiences.
- Use of the SBAR communication model as a framework for effective reporting in community healthcare settings.
This purchase includes:
- Access to virtual facilitator-led Documentation & Reporting training for up to 200 staff (select the number of staff requiring training below)
- Set up custom training dates and times just for your staff
Training sessions are typically scheduled Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We are able to offer training in the evenings and on weekends based on educator availability.
